The houses consist of six apartments for up to 4 or rather 5 persons, each with separate bedrooms, bathrooms with shower & WC, completely furnished kitchens, living rooms with Sat TV as well as generous terraces or balconies.

All apartments provide central heating (calorifier) and air condition, separately to use in each of them.

A short walk of approximately three minutes leads you down into the pictorial mountain village of Mírthios, underneath the impressing Kotsifoú ravine. Beside some recommendable taverns with their panorama terraces there are also two Kafenions/Mini markets with a small offer of food and beverages as well as two souvenir shops with Cretan arts & crafts.

Plakiás and the sea with its long and sandy beach can be attained after a short walk of about 15 minutes. The way leads down the mountain by numerous olive groves.

By car the distance is scarcely 3 kilometers over the asphalted road down to Plakiás. There you find all convenience goods, many touristic facilities, in addition a doctor and a pharmacy.
